the_rewatch_jobSo, I have been quiet around here and missed posting several discussion posts. I apologise; something happened in my personal life that meant I could not respond objectively to the allegations about Timothy Hutton's actions in the 1980s. (Please internet search if you need to, I do not have the fortitude to discuss the subject.)
My personal, considered response is that hundreds of people are involved in making a TV show, and it's more important for me to honour their work and the message of the show than it is to avoid Timothy Hutton's work. If anyone feels differently, I absolutely understand that.
For those happy to continue watching, my intention is to resume the discussion posts on Saturday 21st March. For those who are not, thank you for sharing with us, and if there's another show you want to share as a rewatch, let us know and I'm sure people will want to watch it with you.
